Predict 5 LLC House Rules

Contest Description:

Predict 5 LLC contests come in a 5 player line-up, with players selected from different teams. Users cannot draft a roster of players drafted entirely from one team. The user must correctly select over or under for each player’s projection in order to win the prize posted prior to entry. Users will lose the contest if their picks are incorrect.

In the event of a cancelled or returned deposit any picks submitted with funds from the cancelled or returned deposit will be considered no play and will be voided.

Entry Requirements:

Predict 5 LLC entries must include a lineup of 5 players. Lineups created with the same player selection can only be used one time per game. Lineups must also include players selected from at least two teams. Users cannot create a lineup of players drafted entirely from one team. The user must correctly select over or under for each player’s projection in order to win the prize posted prior to entry. Users will lose the contest if their picks are incorrect.

In the event of a cancelled or returned deposit any picks submitted with funds from the cancelled or returned deposit will be considered no play and will be voided.

Effect of scheduling changes and/or canceled sporting events:

  1. When an event is canceled prior to starting, all related picks will be void and accounts will be credited if necessary.
  2. If any game is abandoned due to injury, bad weather, crowd trouble, etc. all contests that have already been settled until the time of abandonment will stand.
  3. A contest shall remain valid as long as it still meets our valid entry requirements, notwithstanding a game or an event that is part of the contest being void.
  4. Events or competitions which are not held, get postponed and/or rescheduled for a time/date longer than 12 hours from the last scheduled time issued by the governing body due to bad weather, crowd trouble or similar scenarios will be declared void with the following exceptions where contests will remain valid:
    1. Events whose starting times have not been officially confirmed yet by the governing body at the time of contest entry.
    2. Events that are moved due to scheduling conflicts/tv broadcasts but remain scheduled to be played within the same matchday/game week/round (as applicable) and the change does not change the order of official fixtures for any of the participants in the offer.

Player Pick Voiding:

A player pick may be marked as voided for the following reasons:

  1. The player did not play – If players do not play a single minute, second, snap, or something similar for any reason, they will be marked as voided. This is subject to sport-specific rules.
  2. The player tied his projection exactly – If the player ties his projection for a category exactly the player pick will be voided as it was not more or less than the projection.
  3. The game was canceled or postponed to a different day – Picks may be marked as voided because of a game cancellation or postponement to a new day. This is subject to sport-specific rules.
  4. Sport-Specific Rules – Different sports have specific rules as to what constitutes a did not play (DNP). Please refer to the sport did not play (DNP) rules list for more information.
  5. App Error – Predict 5 LLC. reserves the right to void any pick as a result of an app error. Picks that are made with clear errors will be voided. For example, if Patrick Mahomes’ point projection for a game is set to 65 points, it will be voided.

In addition to the list above, Predict 5 LLC has the right to void, change, or remove any projection or pick at its sole discretion.

Sport Did Not Play Rules:

NFL- The player does not play a snap.
NBA – The player plays zero minutes.
NHL – The Player has zero time on ice.
MLB- A hitter is not in the starting lineup or does not record a plate appearance. A pitcher does not start or does not throw a pitch.
PGA – A golfer never tees off.

Entries with a voided player pick will be voided and refunded.
